I opened my account in August 2002 and closed it the same day because they are crap. Both actions taken on their web site and I have this confirmed through an exchange of emails.
Nevertheless, they continued to charge me and I only spotted this today - I have several other charges going through the account! They are claiming to have no record of my cancellation despite the emails.
