Upgrade Power Supply

I have a micro atz case, need to bump up my PS for a new video card ( dont want to strain current ps) and want to know what would fit best? Will an ATX PS fit or does it have to be m-atx?

I know of some that will, not sure if all can fit. Also, even with it fitting the case might not be able to handle that kind of power (heat and all).

Too much heat? Maybe or maybe not! Im looking for the dimensions of the micro ATX PS to compare to a a few atx ps!
