ulead dvd picture show ..locked up????

Hey guys , another strange XP problem , or is it not ?
I installed the trial version of Ulead DVD picture show .
All goes OK , but when i try to start the prog the next screen is
shown : XTREAMLOK ALERT
Dll loading problem
or
debugger detected
or
integrity violated

What is going on ????????

I have downloaded the program again , but nothing !
