Trouble with remote desktop

Well the client's firewall may be blocking the remote program from accessing the internet. Otherwise I don't think a firewall on a client's machine will interfere.

its clearly his works firewall that is blocking his outgoing connection.

if he is able to connect from his friends machine, it cant possibly be his computer settings.
