My daughter wants to download Trillian, however I've read that there can be problems with Trillian unless Messenger is removed. Is it possible to remove Messenger but keep Outlook Express for email?

I use Trillian and I haven't removed MSN Messenger....never had a problem or conflict. Maybe I'm just lucky tho..😀

Nothing needs to be removed or changed to use Trillian - that's part of its beauty 😉

still, if you're not using the messenger, get rid otr it, you can always get it back if you want it
