I'm surprised AOL hasn't messed with ICQ like they have with AOL for Trillian.

well, they haven't blocked it as such, but they seem to be putting bugs into their old servers to deter people from the clones.

They have also shut down banner removale sites and who knows what is to come...

BUT Isn't the ICQ protocol now open to the community?
