I have an old Tri Gen HD that I need to get files transfered over to my new 40 GB Western Digital HD and I can't seem to get the jumpers right.

Windows ME OS
MSI MB

I know the Tri Gen is ok, because I can see the files and folders if I hook it up as a master and start the computer with a boot floppy. The OS on this disk is not working (won't even boot in Safe mode)

The WD set as master and another HD set as slave is working ok.

If they are on the same channel. The WD should be master and the TG should be slave. Is the WD already installed with an OS?

Yes, ME.
When I set it that way or as CS it doesn't work
When I set both as CS it doesn't work

It is anTRI GEM not Tri Gen

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
