Tough One: @Home USB Ethernet Adapter

Back when I had my cable internet installed my computer used this @Home Network USB Ethernet Adapter. My laptop's NIC had gone bork and PCMCIA NIC cards are really expensive. I would like to use this old USB adapter, but there are no drivers for it. The @Home disc comes only with Windows 98 drivers. Anyone know of a XP/2000 driver for this device? Or a universal USB-to-Ethernet driver that would make it work?
