toolbar apps...anyone know any??

im looking for a taskbar app, so i can play movies on my taskbar, while looking through the net and stuff

um, you'd be better off just playing movies in something like zoomplayer or such and just setting it to always on top...ya aren't gonna see much of anything if it's playing in the taskbar heheh
