os x...the coolest of taskbars...I'm surprised billy didn't steal that magnifier yet
The best OSX Dockbar emulator is made by DeadZombie of neowin forums. it's availible on www.wincustomize.net but you need Stardock's Desktop X to run it.
There is also another good one that is done in flash that you can find by searching neowin's forums, but it's alot more of a pain to use.
