For the past few months though I haven't really been drinking a lot of soda/juice/coffee. Just a lot of water.

Before I was drinking 3-4 sodas a day, coffee a couple times, and OJ in the morning

All I seem to drink now at work is water, meant to be good for you apparently, along with them herbal teas!

Drinking nothing but water is bad for you. It actually flushes a lot of minerals and goodness out of your system.

Same goes for orange juice, it;s far too acidic and will rot your guts if it's all you drink, and Apple juice is nothing but sugar (All the goodness in apples actually comes from the skin), and therefore quite bad for you.

A mix of all three with some coffee and tea thrown in is your best bet

First day back at college, and I violated all three rules. Also tried that new Coke Blak stuff. I threw away most of it. :lick:
