System Restore... Gone!

I'm after installing XP because I want system restore. There is no tab in system properties. I can't find it anywhere. Can anyone help?

under all programs>accesories>system tools
There you should find system restore

Also make sure that if you disabled any services or such that you did not turn off the system restore service.
