OK my dumb teacher threw a major curve ball at me today:
The local LAN has been assigned an IP network Address of 192.168.0.0/20(router1)
192.168.160.0/20(router2)
Each subnet of the above network needs to accomdate 300 host addresses.
User the 3rd usable subnet for the LAN. Do not use subnet zero as the first subnet.
I figured that the address using VLSM is 192.168.23.254 /23 but when i try to enter that into Packet Tracers router interface an error pops up sying this cant be done with that subnet mask. Anybody get a different answer.
