Strange rebooting pattern
System: P3 700Mhz, XP Pro, clean installation on empty hard drive, no conflicts
No peculiar hardware except TeleWell PCI ISDN card with non-certified driver.
Vendor claims that the driver is “XP-compliant”.

Problem: system restarts when I’m going on line through SEND/RECEIVE in Outlook
However it doesn’t restart if I go online through IE.
If I’m online then SEND/RECEIVE in Outlook works fine.

Any hints are welcome

make sure you don't have your computer set to auto-reboot upon failure by going into control panel, advanced, startup and recovery...then when it reboots you should get the blue screen giving you the error telling you what file caused what

or goto your system event viewer and see what errors are displayed there
