Still having this problem

When I press CTRL ALT DEL i'm getting the attached screen. I never used to get it so ca anybody help, its really pissin me off now, i cant close tasks, cant look at processer and mem usage allsorts, please help

umm no it's still not there. press prt scr on keyboard 2 get shot.go into paint + press ctl + v then save the picture as a jpeg.

second part up from submit reply on the reply bit it say's atach file. click browse + select file. then click submit reply.

Its there now, i had it but it wouldnt up load and kept asking me to log back in the site.
