startup takes over 3 minutes

I just formatted and started over... i was screwing around w/ it last night till xp wouldn't boot at all... good news is i'm at 30sec now😀 BTW does anyone know how I would transfer my addresses from Outlook? I saved most of the folder on another computer and now would like to transfer.
