startup error!!!!!!

Im having problems with my computer whenever I turn it on. I ALWAYS get the BSOD!!!!.....XP doesnt load it just takes me to the BSOD...but its the same error each time....

But when i restart my computer it takes me to the boot options and i just go to start windows normally and my computer works fine after that...

Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?? I have reformatted and reinstalled XP numerous times and still get the BSOD!...could be a hardware problem??....if anyone knows what the BSOD could mean..help me out...thanks!!!

it seems to be a file integrity problem according to what I could find. have you tried running a COMPLETE diskscan and chkdsk -f ? it could be a harddrive or ram problem, what the error basically means is that when windows is checking the core components that file is showing that it's corrupted =/
