Startup Error Load DLL

Just started getting this error on Startup it says Error loading LoadDll the specific module cannot be found. I have inclosed a screenshot. How do I fix the error?

have tried to restore setting , backup the registry... Wich is the latest application installed on your system ? .

Did a system restore but still have the Error! Don't think I installed anything recently.
