Soyo KT600 mobo.

Gonna be building a new 'puter soon. Was gonna go NForce2 (mostly for soundstorm), but what the going opinion of the Via KT600 chip set? More specifically, this board: http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProductDesc.asp?description=13-139-133&depa=0

It used to be that the NForce would outperform everything and give you more extras. VIA squashed that with the KT600, almost erasing deficiencies between the chipsets. I'll probably go VIA for my next board as well. $55 with all the fixins? Can't beat it.

$45 with the rebate. I'm just weary. I hate my current KT133a chipset. Always had audio problems with VIA.

Normally I'd just buy and give it a go, but unemployment is really slowing my purchasing decisions.
