Shutting off Runtime Error and Debugging

Hi, Does anybody know how to shut off Runtime Error and Debugging on XP?

Right click internet explorer icon on desk top, choose properties, then advanced tab.

Thank you, I had did it once before on Win 98, disable script debugging. Thanks again.
