HI EVERYONE THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE USED THIS FORUM.
How can i make xp shutdown faster.It seems to take ages.
i've got bootvis for startup but i was wondering if any of you know of any tweaks etc.

fire up regedit....then goto Hkey_local_machine then system...then currentcontrolset001, then control...change the key labeled waittokillservicetimeout to a value of about 4000 or 3000
that'll make it so it doesn't wait as long for programs to terminate as it is shutting down
