Shut down problems

I the admistrator have no problems, but when the guest and other users of the computer shut down, they keep getting repeating messages, program ending (click ok), there are no programs running in the background that I know of. I've deleted all the accounts and set them up again and still I have the same problem.

Anyone got any ideas?

what that is, are services not fully closing. what you can do is go into the registry and under hkey_local_system goto system, then control, then controlset001 and change the waittokillservicetimeout to 3000
