i see it when i shutdown sometimes
it says it is a hung application and is trying to end it

I have it now and again when i have an installer rebooting the system. umm via 4in1 i think.

its the end prgram now, any app that doesnt shutdown in the specified time, during shutdown will do this, some tweak apps let you change the value where it shuts down faster....😉

THe best way to handle it is to find which program causes the problem... Try checking which processes are running and shut them out one at the time. It happened to me a month ago and it was a spyware/virus called openme.exe and the process name which was blocking my computer's shutdown was HTML something...

I just formatted.

Installed via 4 in 1 1st off & got u shouldnt see me on reboot.. just the once.

so it's deffo that.
