How can I make the setting 'Normal Layout' permanently in Microsoft Office (word) 2003? including all open document in Outlook.
Because some document open in outlook email attachment will change the setting to 'Reading Layout' (the doc default layout is 'reading layout'), I don't want to change it manually everytime in the menu 'view'
