services.msc BROKE

Hi all,
I just tried to run services.msc and a window poped up asking me what program to open it with.
I ran System File checker from the command prompt and it did not find any problem.
Does anyone here know what progarm to tell Windows to run .msc files with?

That did the trick. I have no idea how I lost that file association.
