RWIN settings

Just wondering how to adjust my RWIN settings in XPpro as i have been told that they are too low. Can anyone assist in this?

Although if your in the uk and on a 512 connection the best results I've found are (dial up mtu 1430 and tcp recieve 13900). If 1Mb then the same mtu (1430) and tcp recieve 26410
