[RUMOR] Dell Planning 2707WFP

A certain OSNN member who shall remain nameless mentioned this a few months ago, and now more details are starting to leak on the internet.

We have no confirmation on this, and don't expect any in the near future, but according to DailyTech, Dell is in the process of squeezing a new display into their lineup, right between the 24-inch 2407WFP and 30-inch 3007WFP. The 27-inch display, according to DailyTech, will be called -- wait for it -- the 2707WFP, and will reportedly be built around Samsung's LTM270M1panel, which has a 1900x1200 resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio and 90-degree viewing angle

No idea.

All the info at this point really means nothing. According to that blurb, the 2407FPW will be roughly $1,000.00 USD or so. I would imagine the 30" would be somewhere between $1,400-$1,800 - and that is using the logic of the jump between the 2005FPW and the 2405FPW.
