Rsc Icon Files!

hey guys and gals,
i just downloaded a group of fireworks mx icons from pixeljerks icon website and i noticed that all the icons are in .RSC format. I get into IconShop 1.20 and i can't view any of them so i need some help.

dayneh88, ALL icons available off of pixeljerk.com are MAC OS X icons. So you need to convert them in order to use them in Win XP.

yes i know that their MAC OSX icons and i wanted to know if anybody new how to convert them to windows xp format
