How do I get my router to show its IP instead of my ISPs IP?

I've noticed that when my friends are messing around with our firewalls and stuff that I will always get their router IP (ie 192.168.1.100) and they will always get my ISPs IP.

How do I fix it so I get the same result at they do and not have their IP revealed?

Yeah, the Router IP can only be seen by all the computers that are connected to it in LAN.
Anyone outside the LAN will see the ISP assigned IP.
