Riva TNT2

This is my vid card. I have tried around a few different 19 inch monitors and all of them look kinda grainy. I was wondering if maybe this was the cause of the video card. I'm using the 28.32 drivers. Maybe I need drivers that work better with the TNT2. Or maybe I need a new vid card ( I hope not). Help, I need advice!!!

have you looked at the refresh rate of your monitor??????

set it to 100mhz or higher at 800x600

see if that makes any difference. you shouldn't need to change video cards. i only have 32mb on my geoforce 2

I'm running at either 1280x1023 or 1152x960 and usually around 75-85 hz

I use a 32MB RIVA TNT2 too, and it works really well. In case you wanna know, I'm using 800x600 at 85 Hz, with the 28.32 drivers.

I'm using a 19" monitor, so 8x6 just looks silly
