right click problem !!!

I have a strange problem. Whenever I right click an icon on my desktop, all the the other ones blink and the font of their names get bigger and changed.

I thoght it might be because of Microangelo or Stardock CursorXP but I have uninstalled them both , nothing changed !!!

Moreover, this doesn't happen on my desktop only, but everywhere in my PC as well. When I right click a file or a folder to delete it , receive a message that says "this file cannot be deleted because it's being used by another application"

Any ideas???

Try running a reg cleaner and see if taht picks up any previouse installed reg entryies, there is a great one available called easy cleaner which is also free! just do a search for it.

I'd also suggest a virus scan and a spyware scan (if you don't have ad-aware, download it from Lavasoft.com).
