I've tried lots of download managers in my day .... most of them are crap and were quickly uninstalled. However in my right click menu I still have 4 options of download mangers to use. I know there is a way to get rid of those options .. I just can't remember how. Anyone?

If you're refering to right-click menu items within IE, look for the following key in regedit. Each key under that refers to a certain right-click menu item. Just delete the ones you don't need.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

Hope that's what you were looking for.

For things in menus other than IE as well as other annoying ads or whatever I just search the registry for that text. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Be careful though. Look at what key your deleting of course.

Ok, is there a key to remove stuff from the send to menu too?

Sure.

"Send To" items are located in the \Documents and Settings\%username%\SendTo folder. A shortcut to get to it: Start>Run>sendto
Delete any shortcuts you don't want in your Send To menu from the folder.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
