You cant change them
you can delete all restore points but the last one
right click on your "C" drive / properties / disk cleanup / more options / system restore / cleanup
2Z - sorry if I have you bs'd - actually there is someone who also frequents this site that taught me just about all I know - and since he helped me so much (and I guess I do know a little about it ) I try to do my share of helping others.

Damnyank...you provided all of us information that was very important,
it keeps us from posting what might be very damaging advice...we would still be posting the advice that it could be done, when obviously it's damaging to even attempt
