When I press CTRL ALT DEL I only get a log in screen thing instead of the processes and all that???? Help?

If you're looking for the Task manager, try Ctrl+Shift+Esc

Nope, not on any network.

It used to work fine, but cant think what I have changed, so now it doesnt show anything.

run services.msc and see if anything is turned off... trial and error from there i think.
