I am taking a look at this system now, ultimately its not system critical but its a distraction from trying to get up-to-date with Harry Potter so I can be dragged to the latest bastard sequel inevitably at some point in the future and also from prodding whatever else it was I might be working on.

Anyway, chat excerpt:

So yeah, I have reset all rep ever given to 10 points. Some folks rep might go up, many will go down. But hey some of those numbers were ****ing unmanagable! It will be hopefully all tweaked up tonight but should hopefully bring some meaning back to the system.

Ok so just a quick follow up of how it all works. No reputation that was ever given to anyone has been removed simply re-valued. I just noticed people were getting 5k reputation from individuals because it was their birthday!

Of course feedback is welcome.

You gain 1 reputation power point for
- Each 30 days you have been with the site
- For every 100 points of reputation you recieve
- For every 100 posts you make.

If it wasn't for the rep system I wouldn't have this super Touchscreen pc but as you say people spamming, begging or even asking is quite annoying 🙄
