Remove Outlook Express Splash Screeen

Open regedit.
Go here:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{2E449F6D-D8EE-4283-A695-90B38A39DB97}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0]

Create a new Dword and enter the following value

00000001

Reboot the system...

Create a new DWORD value called "NoSplash" and change the value to "1" to disable it.
