Hi guys.

I used to have an application that would read external registry hives.

I have a windows 98 box here, and its not booting up right, I was able to find a registry viewer, but not an editior this time around.

does anyone have any suggestions?
i have been googling the crap out of this.

thanks

The regular Registry editor can do it too you know?

Just click on HKEY_USERS, then go File/Load Hive.

Find the ntuser.dat you want, give it a name, then open.

You should then se ethe new Hive under the HKEY_USERS folder.

Ep, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS

Been running around Quora lately, luv it there https://tinyurl.com/ycpxl
