lynchknot can you never download or is it this one time? maybe they have a cap based on ip ranges ... like so many downloads allowed in your range and its maxed for a period of time?

I used to be able to but now - Never. I have not visited the site for months until recently - many are using them for storage now.

Its a nice theme, i think. Bant from neowin made that one. He created it from the theme "bluecurve" obviously!!

you need a version of uxtheme patcher to patch your uxtheme.dll ... there is a version under the downloads section on this site although I had to find a "multi" version copy as the version from this site wouldn't work for me maybe because of sp1?
