Need people's advice/opinions here please...

What is the best value PCI tv tuner card around? One that can have NTL digital television plugged in to it? Under £100 if poss.

Many thanks

Very true. Affordable and rock solid. I love my Winfast Tv Tuner from Leadtek. It was only like 50 bucks from newegg, had a remote, fm tuner, and some other nifty items.

I've had ATI all in wonder (older version), Avermedia and now the winfast 2000. For price and features the winfast is a greta deal BUT...

I have not been pleased with the recording quality on any card. I had hoped to digitize some of my favorite shows but the playback quality even at best settings is disappointing compared to direct off the satellite. And forget High Definition. Recordings are worse than with VHS tapes so I'm sticking with them for now.

For watching TV while I'm surfing it's good.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
