Really stupid dvd player

Hey all....
My dvd player worked fine for weeks.....

I was using power dvd software when all of a sudden i tried to play a dvd and when i loaded up powere dvd and pressed play....it restarted my computer..... so i unistalled power dvd and installed my ati software and it did exactly the same..... I tried using different dvd's, video cd's..... but it kept happening.....

The drive works fine on everything else.....

Hi, just wanted to ask, did you get the Power DVD XP Patch? I believe it is available at Cyberlink for version 3.0 and above. That may help.
