rdgUS2404 removal of on windows 98

Ok. I have rdgUS2404.exe on my machine running windows 98 I have run just about every spyware/adware/malware removal tool out there but cannot get rid of this one. the only two things I have recently installed is solsuite 2006 6.3 and aim. I have uninstalled aim with no change. I am a macintosh user trying to get my moms computer working good. So if anyone would be so kind in giving me step by step insructions I would be greatful.
