Random DLL folder

I keep getting a folder named "DLL" opening everytime I start my system. Even if I delete the folder from the startup folder, it still shows up on the next boot. I looked in MSCONFIG and found this for start up and didn't know what it was "RunDLL32.exe NvQT" I was wondering what this was and if it was related?

I think you will find this is GeForce 2 driver applet, maybe you can try uninstalling video drivers and rebooting to reinstall them.

I don't have a GeForce2, but do you mean by having the Detonator Drivers. (28.12)?
