I just like competition and like at least two companies pushing each other to be better so this to me is bad news

ATi is having trouble these days. The link is not for a tech website but an actual Investor website about stocks. In the article it mentions how the R520 is delayed and how ATI's stocks are plummeting. http://globeinvestor.com/servlet/ArticleNews/story/RTGAM/20050623/wati0623
