Proview LCD Drivers

Hey all, I recently bought a 17" LCD monitor and my computer recognizes it as a Plug and Prey Monitor. I was wondering if anyone found any drivers for the Proview 17" LCD monitor.

Drivers

The one they have on their website is an old version and i need a new one. Well anyhow i think i found it at www.driverguide.com

use xsivforce's link. a lot of monitor brands dont have drivers for xp yet. so just force install the win2k drivers in its place. that is what i did with my monitor.

Got a question Does it matter if the monitor is recognized as plug and play monitor or is recognized by the brand name.

yes it does. i.e. if you wanted to change the refresh rate from its default of 60Hz, you'd need a reference of what your monitor can handle.
