problems with my uncatched speed

Uncached speed 1.49 MB/s (23%)

as you can see there is a problem with my uncatched speed..i would like to fix this..i know ......this is caused by an software..becuase this happend after i instaleled diskeeper 8.0 and i noticed this changed..so i unistalled it..but alas..its still this speed.......PLEASE HELP ME!!!!..

even restore dosnt help!>.wimpers..any help would be wonderful

Try Tweak XP which has a"Cache Optimisation" section for over 256 Mb Ram. etc.
You should be able to get a trial version if you dont want to buy.
I use version 1.27 which was free with a mag last year.
Makes a lot of difference.
