Problem with EZCD5

I've done the installation exactly as roxio.com says to do it and now, when i try to open one of the programs of EZCD, it says "EZCD creator engine initialization has failed" and "Exception in CreateInstanc of Creator"

whats wrong?

I had this, so i installed update files while in safe mode.
Make sure u install XP-up update last then reboot
that sorted it for me
Except it asks for registration everytime i start the prog
