IRQ_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL_TO typically indicates bad or conflicting drivers. You want to download the latest drivers for all your hardware (from the OEM web sties, not Windows Update). That's the first step - let's see what happens.
this problem is mainly to do with your video/ audio IRQ's clashing - I had this problem quite a bit in the early builds of XP - make sure you got the latest video drivers and you may need to check your Bios to see that all the IRQ's are being handled by the system.
Make sure your bios is selected to Plug 'n' play support OS
and that all your IRQ settings are on Auto - it may also be an idea to check for Bios up-dates - but only up-date the Bios as a last resort - as you can kill your mother board if you stuff the Bios
Ep, glad to see you come back and tidy up...did want to ask a one day favor, I want to enhance my resume , was hoping you could make me administrator for a day, if so, take me right off since I won't be here to do anything, and don't know the slightest about the board, but it would be nice putting "served administrator osnn", if can do, THANKS
