Pchealth?

Under folder:
C:\windows\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\OfflineCache

I have another folder called Professional_32#0409 that seems to have stored a lot of random 'queries'. Any ideas on what they are and what this PCHEALTH thing is monitor/sending?

I just looked at mine and I have the same thing.

I looked at the properties of probably about 20 queeries and found them all created on April 12, 2002 - the same day that I used Windows update to download:

Compact Disc Recorded in Windows XP is Missing Files or Folders or Is Unreadable (Q320174) and also

Windows XP Application Compatability Update (April 10, 2002) (Q319580)

I don't have the time to look any further right now - but it might give you a place to start looking!
