outlook 2003 and attachments

I have written this thread else where and I have gotten any response. This is my problem with outlook 2003. When I send or receive email attachments it becomes doubled at both ends. It does not matter what the attachment happends to be. I am at my whitts end...I NEED HELP!

What do you mean by doubled at both ends?
What kind of server are you connected to?

Yeah I'm not sure what doubled at both ends means either.

Perhaps post a screen shot?
