Outlook 2002

Is it possible to set up Outlook 2002 under XPPro so that each user has access to a common mailbox? help would be appreciated.

Does anybody know of a way to speed up the loading of outlook. It starts up fine, but takes a while before I can use it, while it loads other stuff up as well
